Fast food consumption in both urban and rural areas in Pakistan increased dramatically. While it is cooked with low nourishing and unhealthy ingredients, fast food is easy and tasty. The purpose of this research is to analyze the perception of rural community about fast and how this fast food affects the food patterns of the villagers. Interview schedule was use as a data collection tool which includes in-depth interviews and focus group discussion. Convenient sampling technique was use and sample size was 25. Due to its good taste, already prepared, take-off facility and lack of time to prepare food at home, fast food trend is growing day by day. Due to the increase in diseases of fast food intake, obesity, anxiety, cancer and many more are also on the rise. About fast food different communities have different perceptions and off course fast food trend is also changing the food patterns of the individuals.
